RealLeadX ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered receptionist and lead management platform. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use our website and services at our application URL.
2. Data we collect
- Account information: name, email, organization, and authentication data.
- Business data: contacts, conversations, WhatsApp messages synced with your consent, and integration credentials you provide.
- Usage data: logs, device/browser information, and product analytics to improve the service.
- Billing data: processed by our payment provider when subscriptions are enabled.
3. How we use data
We use your data to provide and improve RealLeadX, authenticate users, deliver AI-assisted replies, send transactional emails (e.g. verification codes), process payments, and comply with legal obligations.
4. WhatsApp & Meta
When you connect WhatsApp, messages are processed via Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to Meta's terms and policies. We store message content and metadata only to operate your inbox and AI features.
5. Sharing
We share data with subprocessors needed to run the service (hosting, database, email, AI providers, Meta for WhatsApp). We do not sell your personal data.
6. Retention & security
We retain data while your account is active and as required by law. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and EU-hosted infrastructure where applicable.
7. Your rights
You may export or delete account data from your account settings. EU/EEA users may have additional rights under GDPR. Contact us to exercise your rights.
