SULE provides a cloud software platform for local agencies to find leads, score opportunities, generate audits, and send outreach.

This policy describes how we handle personal data when you use our website and application.

Data we collect

Account data: name, email, and workspace settings you provide at signup.

Usage data: lead searches, scraped business data, scores, audits, outreach messages, and pipeline activity in your workspace.

Billing data: plan tier and Stripe customer identifiers. Payment cards are processed by Stripe.

BYOK credentials: OpenRouter, OpenAI, and SMTP you optionally save in Integrations — used to run features on your behalf, not to bill you for AI or email.

How we use data

To operate the service, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and respond to support inquiries.

We do not sell your personal data or workspace leads to third parties.

Google Maps data

SULE scrapes publicly visible Google Maps listings. You are responsible for compliant use of scraped data in your jurisdiction.

Processors & hosting

Providers may include Vercel, Supabase, Fly.io, Stripe, and your BYOK providers (OpenRouter, SMTP).

Retention & your rights

Workspace data is retained while your account is active. Contact us to request deletion or export where applicable.
